Samer is the disbursement accounts expert of the company, as he handles the production of all companies PD/As and FD/As to the clients, as well as monitoring and screening of PD/As and FD/As provided by charterer agents that we attend as owners protective agents over them. He also handles all the accounting related matters with local clients, as shippers and receivers, as well as all local service providers / subcontractors.
